WINFIELD AIRSTRIP OWNERS ASSOCIATION

BY-LAWS

1. 1 Tract = 1 Vote

2. 1 Tract = 1 Dues Assessment

3. Annual budget to be determined in June of each year.

4. Annual dues to be determined by amount needed to balance budget.

5. Association is responsible for the maintenance of the runway, taxiways, and roads.

6. Runway and taxiways are private and for the use of association members and guests only.

7. No mailboxes or other structures allowed on taxiway/roadway that could inhibit aircraft traffic.

8. The association is responsible for the property taxes levied on the runway.

9. Airplanes have right-of-way on taxiway/roadways.

10. No vehicles allowed on taxiways or runway.

11. Existing drainage flow paths must be maintained by the use of culverts when changing the topography of the land.

12. Standard left hand traffic patterns will be used at Winfield.
